Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete Phase I of the Shavano Gateway Recreation Project which includes completing a parking area with stormwater drainage and parking and traffic delineation.   The successful Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, mobilization, supervision and materials, as specified in this document, necessary to complete Phase I.
