One story detached accessory structures used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses, chicken coops, and similar uses, provided the floor area does not exceed 200 square feet, 24-inch overhang, and no more than 12 feet high at the highest point above grade.”  Membrane covered metal frame structures; metal covered metal frame structures used for storage sheds 12 feet by 24 feet and smaller.  

Note: No accessory structures, on skids or permanent construction, shall be located in the “street side” front or side setback.  Only accessory structures on skids may be located in the side or rear easement and/or setback.

Also any repair and maintenance that, in the opinion of the Building Official, will not constitute a structural change and/or a use change to the structure and or threat to the life, health, or safety of the occupants.
