Brad Hughes, Montrose County Assessor Presentation

The public is invited to a presentation by Montrose County Assessor Brad Hughes to discuss the tremendous valuation increases that have occurred in Montrose County and most of Western Colorado. Participants will learn how the legislature has attempted to offset these unprecedented valuation increases across the state, and how these increases may affect the 2023/2024 property taxes.  

Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
