Be There For Your Kids - In 2006, the State of Colorado was a recipient of a five year, $10 million federal community access grant focused on strengthening father/child relationships and improving parenting. The Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Initiative distributed more than $1.1 million annually, for 5 years, in community awards to various state, community and faith-based organizations to assist in providing direct service to fathers and families. Currently the project maintains a resource website for Fathers and Families, and participates with and supports the Colorado Fatherhood Council.
National Center for Fathering - We believe every child needs a dad they can count on. The research is clear: children thrive when they have an involved father—someone who loves them, knows them, guides them, and helps them achieve their destiny. At the National Center for Fathering, we inspire and equip men to be the involved fathers, grandfathers and father figures their children need.
