Food Safety Program Description:
We regulate retail food establishments in Montrose, Ouray, and Gunnison counties through an annual contract with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Our activities include inspections, plan reviews, complaint investigations, monthly food safety training classes, and other requested services. All our activities focus on the goal to reduce the incidence of food borne illness. If you suspect possible food borne illness, or to register any complaint,please contact us at (970) 252-5000.
